4 loop Bigbag is divided into two as Standard (4+1 / 2+U) and Tubular. Standard Bigbags are formed by combining four short pieces of fabric with the base fabric (4+1) or by combining two short pieces of fabric with one long piece of fabric (2+U). Tubular Bigbags, on the other hand, are formed by one tubular fabric and sewing it with the base fabric.

Bigbags protect the products produced in various industries from external factors. Along with prolonging the storage period of the products, it also provides protection from the dangers that may occur in the electrostatic direction.
Bigbags are manufactured according to EN ISO 21898:2005 for single use (5:1), multiple use (6:1) or according to the content of the certificates by testing companies whose reliability is recognized according to the Dangerous Goods Transport Ordinance (UN). At all stages of production, the quality control of the products is carried out together with the control of the preliminary procedures. The carrying capacities of our big bag types vary between 100 – 2000 kg.
Depending on the intended use and the user’s requirements, the PE liners to be used in the bags can be made of LDPE, HDPE, MDPE, PA, aluminum and/or EVOH.
